Law firm Carroll, McNulty & Kull has
signed a 38,200-square-foot expansion
and renewal at 120 Mountain View Blvd.
in Basking Ridge, NJ.
The four-story, 133,960-square-foot
office building was constructed in 2001
in the six-building Mountain View
Corporate Center, in the Route 78 East
submarket. The park totals more than
800,000 square feet.

represented the tenant and the landlord,
SJP Properties.

Marketing Firm
Moves HQ to Atrium Corp. Park
National Marketing Services Leases
15,600 SF from LaSalle Investment
Management
National Marketing Services (NMS) has
inked a three-year lease to move its
corporate headquarters from Edison, NJ,
to the Atrium Corporate Park in
Somerset, NJ.
NMS will occupy 15,589 square feet at
300 Atrium Drive, a four-story office
building totaling 152,200 square feet.
The property was constructed in 1985 and
features a conferencing facility and
fitness center.
LaSalle Investment Management purchased
the four-building, 900,000-square-foot
Atrium Corporate Park in December 2005
for more than $100 million.
James Postell of Cushman & Wakefield
represented NMS in the lease, while
Susan Mason, Thomas Reilly and Brian
Cass of Jones Lang LaSalle represented
LaSalle Investment Management. Jones
Lang LaSalle handles leasing and
management of the park.
